Hong Kong’s Financial Secretary to Push Proper Regulations & Development for Web3

In a recent article, the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong declared that will go forward with a plan for Web3 that includes both “proper regulation” and “promotion of development.” He noted that even if several exchanges have closed down in the recent past, now is the best time to encourage the growth of Web3 since it is the perfect period to do so.

He continued by saying that the world is fighting to see who can establish the greatest area for Web3 innovation, with the idea that the risks involved can be controlled.

Ethereum Option IV Drops by 8%

According to GeeksLive , ETH options has dropped by as much as 8% in only the past two days, despite the impending Shanghai upgrade.
It is quite rare for the monthly IV to fall to the same level as Bitcoin. The key factor that contributed to the fall in IV was a reduction in market liquidity as a result of Easter.

Arbitrum Community Proposing Retuning 700M ARBs to DAO Treasury

The members of the Arbitrum community came up with the AIP1.05 proposal, which suggests that the Arbitrum Foundation return 700 million ARBs back to the DAO Treasury. The budget ideas cannot be moved forward unless this event has taken place first. The polls will close on April 15 and there is now a 55% majority in favour of the proposition.
