Cake DeFi Announced a $100 million venture capital subsidiary.

Cake DeFi, a Singapore-based compliance Fintech that aspires to make DeFi more accessible, has announced the launch of a $100 million venture capital subsidiary.

Blockchain-related firms including Web3, gaming, Fintech and Meta will be the focus of the subsidiary’s investments.


Founded Cake DeFi Ventures, our goal is to make bitcoin and blockchain technology accessible to everyone. Market capitalization for Cake DeFi is currently $1 billion, making it a leading Southeast Asian finance platform. “The projects that we invest in may expect significant assistance as they scale globally,” Hosp said. Hosp added.


Cake DeFi Ventures said it will “add synergistic value” to Cake DeFi’s primary business. As Cake DeFi Ventures puts it, “Bring synergistic value to Cake DeFi’s core business” (CDV). It is the goal of the global venture capitalist to invest in companies functioning all over the world.


Among other things, Hosp is said to be the founder of the DeFiChain bitcoin exchange and an experienced blockchain entrepreneur.


Cake DeFi’s CEO, U-Zyn Chua, believes that by investing in companies that have synergies with its core business, the company would be able to expand and improve its Web3 capabilities.



The Singapore government recognized U-Zyn Chua’s work as a Smart Nation Fellow in recognition of his more than a decade of dedication to blockchain technology as a developer, enthusiast, and investor.
